Christopher M. Dodds, President:

Mr. Dodds has over 15 years of experience covering all facets of the elevator industry, including design. His firm’s practice of providing both elevator design and elevator inspection services provides his team with a constant “feedback” loop enabling them to consistently refine and hone their design skills. Mr. Dodds holds the following additional credentials: Certified Elevator Inspection Supervisor by National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA) – Board of Director member of NAESA International – Eastern Region Secretary/Treasurer of NAESA International – Executive Board of NAESA International - Approved 3rd Party Inspector in the State of Maryland.

Joseph N. McAnulty, General Manager & Director of Safety:

Mr. McAnulty has over 15 years of experience in the elevator industry and served in the roles of construction mechanic, lead service troubleshooter, service manager, certified elevator technician supervisor, Director of Health and Safety, certified elevator inspector and vertical transportation consultant. Mr. McAnulty's additional credentials include: Certified QEI-Inspector and Supervisor by NAESA, Board of Certification Member for NAESA International, Certified Elevator Technician-Supervisor by NAEC, NAEC Safety Committee Member and Chair of Safety Committee for NAESA.


Nick Trotto, Lead Vertical Transportation Specialist:

Mr. Trotto has over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry and served in the roles of construction mechanic, modernization mechanic, service mechanic, lead service troubleshooter, service supervisor, certified elevator inspector and vertical transportation consultant. Mr.Trotto's additional credentials include: Certified QEI-Inspector by NAESA, Certified Elevator Mechanic by NEIP, and licensed elevator mechanic in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.



Michael F. Maccarino, Inspection Manager

Mr. Michael F Maccarino began his career in the elevator industry in 1989 as an apprentice with Millar Elevator in New York City. He became a journeyman mechanic by completing the 4-year Joint Apprenticeship Training School and worked at many lucrative high-rise buildings, including the Empire State Building and Macy’s at Herald Square. Mike continued in the trade after moving to Pennsylvania as a technician and elevator adjuster. In 2018, Mike decided to hang up his tool bag and start his career as an inspector. He is certified in PA, DE, and MD and has worked on consulting projects in these states as well as in VA. He is currently the Western PA, DE, and MD Inspector Supervisor, while also performing inspections in these areas.

Mike served Honorably in the US Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic for 6 years.
